The company has two 12 ton intermediate frequency furnaces, one 5-ton medium frequency furnace and one 3-ton intermediate frequency furnace, which are melted by scrap steel. Smelting equipment is equipped with large mobile dust cover to ensure the environmental protection requirements in the smelting process.

There are two V-process production lines, and the inner chamber size of sand box is as follows:

At present, the Machining Department of our company has four special drilling machines, several 3.5m lathes, one 2 × 6m milling machine and CNC boring and milling machine.

Our company's painting workshop has the ability of primer coating, set up special painting workshop and coating equipment, and the coating personnel have many years of coating experience of export counterweight products.
